About us
Customer Line was founded in 2019 in Austin, Texas. We run the customer support desk for about 120 small and mid-size businesses — online stores, software companies, clinics and service firms. Our team of 45 support agents works from Austin and Mexico City.
We learn your product, write your help articles, and answer your customers in your name. You keep full access to every conversation.
What we do
Email and chat support
We answer your customers' emails and website chats, usually within 2 hours during business hours.
Phone support
Calls to your support number are answered by our agents, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm Central Time.
Help center
We write and keep up to date the help articles your customers read before they contact you.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm Central Time. On the Business plan, also Saturday and Sunday, 10 am to 4 pm. Closed on US federal holidays.

How fast can you start?
Most businesses go live within 5 business days: one day to set up your tools, then a few days for our team to learn your product.
Which tools do you work with?
Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Help Scout and Gmail. If you use something else, ask us.
Do I need a long contract?
No. Plans are month to month; cancel with 30 days' notice.
Is my customers' data safe?
Our agents only work in your own tools, with their own logins. We never copy customer data elsewhere.
